goneMOAB is the premier Nissan offroad and outdoor experience event. goneMOAB takes place every year in Moab, UT. goneMOAB 2010 will take place May 23rd through May 28th. In addition to great trail rides you will have the opportunity to experience everything that the amazing Red Rock area of Moab has to offer.

All Nissan trucks and SUV's are welcome to the event. While certain trail rides carry a minimum equipment requirement, there is something for everyone. Forums area to get more info. There is a minimal charge for the event, but attendees are responsible for all of their travel, food, lodging etc..

goneMOAB was started in 2002 as a way for Nissan truck and SUV owners to experience some of the best 4wheeling in the world.

A few of you have been asking a few questions and yep were working on them.

Is the T Shirt the same as last years? No it is not, totally new design. This years design will be Black Shirt with Orange Print. Art work is being worked on and should be finished very soon.

Are stickers going to be available? YES!!!

When will the goneMOAB guide be out? If it all comes together, a PDF version could be as soon as a few weeks. And of course everyone that comes will get a printed copy.

GPS coordinates, and Google Map file will those be done again? Yes they will, should be done in Jan some time. In the mean time here is the link to 2009 files that could answer some of your questions.

2009 was another Smashing success!!

First we would like to thank our 2009 Sponsors this year… it was certainly an effort to put this years goneMOAB together and without their support it just would not have happened.

The Meet N Greet at the Moab Brewery went off without a hitch. Goodie bags were full of stuff from sponsors. The door prizes (FunTreks Books) were appreciated by those who won them.

Trails this year went very smooth! I say this every year, if you have not been to Moab there are 2 trails that should be on the list….. Fins N’ Things & Hells Revenge. These two are the legendary Slick Rock Trails and both have scenery, rocks & unmatched character. Some minor break downs but it was either fixed later or the parts were available and fixed right there.

Fin N Things was epic as always. There must have been 20 or so trucks on that trail and it was a great time introducing everyone to Moab and everything it has to offer.

Golden Spike was a blast this year with quite a turn out. Lots of very built up rigs and some excellent driving done by all.

Yes there was so much more but really have a look at the videos… we have 2 great ones on the site that are nearly an hour put together.

The Social Events were a great success again as well. Potluck night was amazing, I still cant believe how many people we had there. Pizza Night at ZAXs was just as great we kind of took over the bar area but we did have fun!! And of course the BBQ night provided by goneMOAB. Some great pics and videos were brought in… THANK YOU EVERYONE for supporting us in the Raffle!!

To those who helped goneMOAB in any manner, I thank you on behalf of the sponsors and all that attended. From planning to cleanup, trail leaders, tail gunners, getting sponsors, T Shirts and others, all played a vital role in the success of goneMOAB. This is a fine annual event, and it is people like you giving up their free time who make that possible.

By now everyone has settled back in to the grind and discovered a new rattle or two, but we do look forward to seeing everyone at next years goneMOAB. So time to see what upgrades you need and think about hitting the slickrock in May 2010!!

Just a quick note....

2009 was a Smashing success!!

We hope everyone is home or nearly home with a lot of great stories, pictures and video. In the coming week as we are able to get links to pics and vids that are posted we will post em up here for everyone to access.
