In planning any adventure vacation to Moab's canyon country you can't forget to schedule at least one day touring the area by mountain bike. Moab has become the undisputed "Mecca" for mountain bike enthusiasts by virtue of its beautiful red rock terrain, views that go on forever and trails that range from beginner to advanced and suit all riding abilities. The Moab Adventure Center offers professionally guided tours on all of Moab's classic rides including a new Canyonlands Sunrise Downhill Tour that will appeal to the whole family!

I'm planning on biking. Hauling our junk all the way out there as the trails are epic. I'm hoping that it won't be to hot this time of the year as I usually go in late September. My question is though will we have enough time after the trail runs to hit the bike trails? I would assume the truck trails would run to 3-4pm every night? Biking in Moab is generally best at 4 or so when the sun is on it's way down. But, if I need to I'll schedule more time off and take another week if I can't fit it all in.

I'll be camping across the road from Slickrock bike trail. I will problably be up the road on Fins, but who knows. Where were you planning on riding? I am also looking to do a down hill run one day. Maybe find someone in the group that can drop us off at the top of a trail Grin Only peddle to go faster Tongue
